Territory Representative – Global
Orthi Medical Co., Ltd. is seeking experienced and market-driven sales professionals to expand our commercial footprint across assigned international territories and drive strategic distributor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities & Role Objectives
- Promote and expand Orthi Medical Co., Ltd. orthopedic implant and surgical instrument catalog within designated geographic regions to meet or exceed commercial growth targets.
- Establish, cultivate, and strengthen long-term commercial relationships with regional medical device distributors, hospital procurement managers, and orthopedic Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Identify qualified sales leads, assess regional healthcare market requirements, and deliver technical product demonstrations to optimize product integration.
- Organize and facilitate educational training seminars and product workshops for local sales representatives and surgical teams.
- Gather competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and clinical insights to inform Orthi Medical Co., Ltd. R&D, Operations, and Regulatory affairs teams.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Medicine, International Business, or related medical disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in medical device sales, orthopedic implant commercialization, or surgical instrument distribution management.
- Strong understanding of ISO 13485 quality systems, international medical device registration standards, and hospital tendering processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills with fluency in professional English.
Preferred Qualifications
Established commercial relationships with regional hospital networks, surgical associations, and prominent medical equipment importers are highly valued.
